Chinanews.com, Huzhou, January 11 (Shi Zinan, Zhu Huiyun, Fei Xiang) The reporter learned on the 11th that in 2022, there will be more than 1,000 newly registered foreign trade companies in Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, of which “multiple certificates in one” filing accounts for more than 60%.

In order to further optimize the business environment, the General Administration of Customs will fully incorporate the filing of customs declaration units (the filing of consignees and consignors of imported and exported goods, and the filing of customs declaration enterprises) from January 1, 2022 into the reform of “multiple certificates in one” to realize customs declaration. Unit filing and market entity registration are “accepted at one window and handled in parallel”.

In order to promote the facilitation of cross-border trade, continue to deepen the reform of “decentralization, management and service” of the customs, and steadily improve the level of enterprise management services, Huzhou Customs (hereinafter referred to as “Huzhou Customs”) affiliated to Hangzhou Customs actively promotes the implementation of the “multi-certificate integration” reform.

It is reported that “multiple certificates in one” refers to the further integration of business license matters involving various certificates and certificates such as market entity registration and filing and enterprise registration information that can meet the management needs of government departments on the basis of the previous registration system reform. In fact, the enterprise can reach the scheduled production and operation status after applying for the business license.

As of the end of 2022, 1,218 new foreign trade companies have been registered in the Huzhou Customs jurisdiction, bringing the total to 9,244, a year-on-year increase of 10.47%. Among them, 797 foreign trade companies have been registered through the “multi-certificate integration” channel, accounting for 65.44%.

“You can complete the industrial and commercial and customs filings at one time only by filling in online, and you don’t need to submit any materials repeatedly. The customs declaration unit has successfully completed the filing.

To Zhu Huancheng’s delight, Huzhou Customs passed the review and completed the filing procedures on the day it received the company’s application.

“We carry out new policy guidance through local new media and other channels, closely coordinate with market supervision departments, and publicize and guide enterprises to handle customs enterprise filing through the ‘multiple certificates in one’ system to help enterprises effectively implement the ‘multiple certificates in one’ policy. “Wang Lei, deputy chief of the Enterprise Management and Inspection Section of Huzhou Customs, said.

In order to improve the quantity and quality of handling, Huzhou Customs has also set up a special consultation post. For difficulties and problems in enterprise filing, special personnel will actively contact and track the progress to ensure that the “acceleration” of handling is effectively realized.

“In the next step, Huzhou Customs will continue to implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and do a good job in the publicity and service of new policies and new requirements for enterprise management, so that more enterprises can enjoy the reform bonus of ‘multiple certificates in one’, and enhance the sense of gain and Satisfaction.” Wang Lei said.
