On the old street of Hule Town, a thousand-year-old town in Ningguo City, Xuancheng City, Anhui Province, villagers gathered spontaneously to decorate the old street with various festival elements.

Villagers in the ancient town of Hule Town have a custom of dancing three lanterns to celebrate the festival. The “Fish Lantern”, “River Lantern” and “Dragon Lantern” performances in the ancient town of Hule Town have a long history. Every Spring Festival, farmers organize spontaneously to dance to celebrate the harvest and perform tours in the countryside, hoping for good weather and a bumper harvest in the coming year. On the bluestone old street, wooden tables and benches are neatly arranged, and the villagers are making special Spring Festival delicacies while doing their homework.

In recent years, Hule Town has been committed to the inheritance and development of intangible cultural heritage, using cultural creativity to empower rural revitalization, and through organizing various cultural and tourism promotion activities, the thousand-year-old town has become a “net celebrity” punching spot and a hot spot for travel photography.
